Appointments & Bookings All appointments are reserved exclusively for you and tailored to your chosen service. Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Some treatments, particularly aesthetic and advanced skin services, may require a consultation or patch test prior to treatment. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Arrival Time Please arrive on time. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be shortened or rescheduled; the full service fee will still apply as your time has been reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 25% fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings. All fees reflect time reserved exclusively for you and are applied in line with UK consumer law. Aftercare & Results All aftercare advice must be followed to achieve the best results. Results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. We cannot accept responsibility for outcomes affected by failure to follow aftercare instructions, and complimentary adjustments or refunds cannot be offered in such cases. Treatment Information Aesthetics & advanced skin treatments may require consultation or patch testing. Please inform us of any previous adverse or allergic reactions. Treatments are non-refundable in the event of a reaction where informed consent has been provided. Hair services vary depending on hair type, condition and history; colour corrections may require additional time or appointments. For beauty, massage and skincare, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy or injuries prior to treatment. Treatments may be modified or declined for safety reasons. Lash treatments require clean, makeup-free lashes. Less than 40% remaining lashes will be charged as a full set; infills must be booked within 4 weeks. Refunds & Deposits Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all treatments and deposits are non-refundable once carried out and if an allergy occurs. Deposits may be transferred or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Complimentary adjustments may be made within 48 hours notice.
